▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A heat-dissipation sheet (100) comprises a heat radiation enhancing layer (110) containing a carbon material, and a thermally conductive base layer (120) formed on one surface of the heat radiation enhancing layer. The carbon material comprises graphene and/or graphite, and has horizontal thermal conductivity of 420-620 W/mK. USE - Heat-dissipation sheet is used in electronic device such as laptop and mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipation sheet has high porosity, and excellent horizontal thermal conductivity and peeling strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of heat-dissipation sheet, which involves preparing a heat-dissipation coating liquid comprising a carbon material, a binder resin and a solvent, forming the heat radiation enhancing layer by applying the coating liquid on one surface of the thermally conductive base layer, calendering, heat-treating, and further calendering.
