NOVELTY - A power device heat-dissipating paint comprises 35-55 pts. wt. polyester resin, 10-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. hexagonal boron nitride, 4-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. heat conducting powder, 1-4 pts. wt. heat conducting carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 1-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl butyral, 2-5 pts. wt. bismaleimide, 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.6 pt. wt. leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, and 25-35 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Power device heat-dissipating paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint reduce surface internal temperature power device and has heat-radiating and cooling effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the paint comprising mixing polyester resin, epoxy resin, heat conducting carbon fiber, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl butyral, bismaleimide, dispersant, leveling agent, and anti-settling agent, dispersing at 700-800 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-20 minutes, adding silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, hexagonal boron nitride, graphene, and heat conducting powder, and dispersing at 1100-1200 rpm for 20-30 minutes; grinding; debugging with solvent; and filtering and canning.
