▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An acetylcholine visual inspection method involves taking graphene oxide, ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as precursors, using diethylene glycol solvothermal synthesis, and performing exploration ferric oxide catalyzed color reaction. Dual acetylcholinesterase enzyme catalysis is utilized, and acetylcholine decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is performed, followed by adding enzyme-catalyzed reaction solution into ferric oxide, establishing acetylcholine concentration and color absorbance linearity to achieve colorimetric detection of acetylcholine. USE - Method for visual inspection of acetylcholine based on magnetic properties of graphene biomimetic. ADVANTAGE - The method enables visual inspection of acetylcholine with simple equipment, and high sensitivity, in simple, easy and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An acetylcholine visual inspection method involves taking graphene oxide, ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and iron(III) chloride hexahydrate as precursors, using diethylene glycol solvothermal synthesis with better dispersion of Fe3O4/rGO, and performing exploration ferric oxide (Fe3O4/rGO) catalyzed color reaction with hydrogen peroxide. Dual acetylcholinesterase enzyme catalysis and choline oxidase system are utilized, and acetylcholine decomposition of hydrogen peroxide is performed, followed by adding enzyme-catalyzed reaction solution directly into Fe3O4/rGO, hydrogen peroxide oxidation catalytic decomposition of acetylcholine produced TMB chromogenic reaction, establishing acetylcholine concentration and color of the solution absorbance linearity to achieve colorimetric detection of acetylcholine.
