NOVELTY - Producing full biodegradable material by using renewable resources comprises (a) crushing the renewable resource by a crusher, removing impurity, obtaining the raw material of refine and clean, (b) using biological complex enzyme, processing the raw material, (c) sending the softened raw material into the graphene preparing device, peeling the raw material layer by layer, (d) changing the substance processed by the above steps into molecules within 5 nm, adding CMC, layering each component due to different densities, sequentially separating each component, extracting the tannin, sebum xylose, the vitamin, the amino acid, the mineral substance and the colloid, which are all industrial and agricultural, important raw material in medicine industry, and (e) adjusting the thickness of the full biodegradable material based on the production requirement, hardness, strength and so on performance satisfy different production requirements. USE - The method is useful for producing full biodegradable material by using renewable resources. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce full biodegradable material, which has high transparency, high viscosity, can be completely decomposed by microorganisms, and has improved toughness, which is good for subsequent processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing full biodegradable material by using renewable resources comprises (a) crushing the renewable resource by a crusher, removing impurity, obtaining the raw material of refine and clean, where the length of the raw material is 0.5-3 cm and the diameter is 1-5 mm, (b) using biological complex enzyme, processing the raw material, where the raw material concentration is 5-25%, removing the raw material surface wax, where the cell layer lignin becomes loose, the water can fully enter the raw material cell, the raw material is fully expanded, it becomes soft, the toughness is greatly improved, which is good for subsequent processing, (c) sending the softened raw material into the graphene preparing device, peeling the raw material layer by layer, where all substances are the sheet biomass unit with the diameter less than 5 nm, the unit can pass through 2 thousand meshes filter screen, (d) changing the substance processed by the above steps into molecules within 5 nm, adding CMC, layering each component due to different densities, sequentially separating each component, extracting the tannin, sebum xylose, the vitamin, the amino acid, the mineral substance and the colloid, which are all industrial and agricultural, important raw material in medicine industry, where the colloid is used for preparing full biodegradable material of the technology and (e) adjusting the thickness of the full biodegradable material based on the production requirement, hardness, strength and so on performance satisfy different production requirements.
