NOVELTY - The full-ceramic roller bearing has multiple rollers (3) that are provided between an outer ring (1) and an inner ring (2). The two sides of the roller are set with a retainer (4). A groove (5) with radian of 30 degrees is formed in a blocking shoulder at one side of the outer ring. The height of the groove is one-half of the height of the shoulder of outer ring. The inner diameter of the inner ring is 70% of the outer diameter of outer ring. The channels of the outer ring and inner ring are coated with a layer of graphene. USE - Full-ceramic roller bearing. ADVANTAGE - High speed and high precision of the roller bearing is attained. The outer ring structure and the mounting process are optimized. The non-destructive installation of silicon nitride full-ceramic roller bearing is realized. The production cost is reduced and the performance of the roller bearing is improved.
