▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene composite material involves (S1) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically treating and stirring to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and (S2) adding a phytic acid solution and an ethylene diamine solution into the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, stirring, and carrying out one-step hydrothermally reaction of the obtained mixture, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene composite material used in preparation of negative electrode material for hybrid supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene composite material with high power density and high energy density, excellent electrochemical cycle life, and high performance zinc ion mixing super capacitor of negative electrode material. The method is simple, and has low device dependency, economical and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation material of negative electrode material, which involves mixing nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene composite material, acetylene black, PTFE and a solvent, stirring and ultrasonically treating, coating the obtained semi-solid mixture on foamed nickel, and drying and pressing the foamed nickel.
