NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium ion battery cathode material comprises mixing carbon nanoparticles, graphene, acetylene black and sublimed sulfur at 150-180 degrees C in presence of argon, reacting, adding nano-zinc oxide to obtain composite material A, mixing lithium salt, cobalt salt and citric acid mixture in solvent, drying at 170-200 degrees C to obtain mixture B, and mixing mixtures at 700-800 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing lithium ion battery cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery has improved charging and discharging performance, and long useful life.
