▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Positive electrode (100) comprises: positive electrode current collector (120); and positive electrode active material layer (110) over positive electrode current collector, where positive electrode active material layer includes many active material particles and graphene oxide (112) and active material particles are lithium containing composite oxide (111) having olivine structure in a X-ray diffraction spectrum of the positive electrode active material layer is greater than or equal to 4.5 and less than or equal to 5.5. USE - The positive electrode is useful for a lithium secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode provides lithium secondary battery that exhibits small memory effect, high energy density, high output voltage and high charge/discharge capacity and is smaller in size more lightweight than conventional secondary battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Positive electrode (100) comprises: a positive electrode current collector(120); and a positive electrode active material layer (110) over the positive electrode current collector, where the positive electrode active material layer includes many active material particles and a graphene oxide (112) and active material particles are a lithium containing composite oxide (111) having an olivine structure, and a peak intensity ratio of a (020) diffraction to a (101) diffraction of the lithium containing composite oxide having the olivine structure in a X-ray diffraction spectrum of the positive electrode active material layer is greater than or equal to 4.5 and less than or equal to 5.5. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lithium secondary battery comprising a negative electrode, an electrolyte solution, and the positive electrode for the lithium secondary battery.
