▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Transparent panel comprises a transparent substrate (313b, 315b) and a transparent electrode layer formed on the transparent substrate, where the transparent electrode layer includes a first area (325b, 335b) having non-electrical conductivity and a second area having electrical conductivity, and the first area includes a graphene oxide, and the second area includes a reduced graphene oxide. USE - The transparent panel is useful: in an electronic device, which is a display device for outputting an image, an input unit, an audio unit for outputting audio, and a touch sensing device integrated with display device; and in touch screen-type touch sensing device. ADVANTAGE - The transparent panel: utilizes transparent electrode, which is formed on a surface of a transparent substrate without a step, to minimize a pattern exposure phenomenon and simplifies the manufacturing process; and does not affect the visibility of sensing electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the transparent panel, comprising preparing the transparent substrate, forming a graphene oxide layer on the transparent substrate, providing an etching resist on a first area corresponding to a portion of the graphene oxide layer and reducing a second area of the graphene oxide layer other than the first area. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a cross sectional view of a touch screen using a transparent panel.
