NOVELTY - Graphene modified heat insulation material comprises 4-12 pts. wt. polycarbonate particles, 15-55 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1-2 pts. wt. phthalic acid diester, 2-8 pts. wt. copper naphthenate, 5-15 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 4-10 pts. wt. limestone, 8-22 pts. wt. graphene, and 2-8 pts. wt. gelatin. USE - Graphene modified heat insulation material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified heat insulation material has high strength, has high compressive resistance and strong impermeability, has long service life, and has low thermal conductivity. It has short, simple and easy to preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene modified heat insulation material comprises 4-12 pts. wt. polycarbonate particles, 15-55 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 1-5 pts. wt. phthalic acid diester, 2-8 pts. wt. copper naphthenate, 5-15 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 4-10 pts. wt. limestone, 8-22 pts. wt. graphene, and 2-8 pts. wt. gelatin. It is prepared by weighing and mixing polycarbonate particles, phenolic resin, phthalic acid diester, and graphene to obtain mixture A; adding mixture A to anhydrous ethanol; ultrasonically dispersed for 20 minutes; transferring mixture into three-necked flask; stirring at 260-400 revolutions per minute for 2-4 hours in water bath at 70-105 degrees C to obtain mixture B; adding mixture B, copper naphthenate, expanded perlite, limestone and gelatin into reaction kettle; and heating at 200-450 degrees C for 4-8 hours to obtain heat insulation material.
