NOVELTY - Matte antistatic coating comprises 10-30 wt.% aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin, 1-10 wt.% aqueous matte polyurethane resin, 1-30 wt.% sulfonated graphene/PEDOT composite dispersion, 1-10 wt.% carbon nanotube-modified expanded microsphere dispersion, 0.1-5 wt.% auxiliary agent, 1-5 wt.% cross-linking agent, 0.1-10 wt.% coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% diluent and 25-80 wt.% other components, where the solid content of modified sulfonated graphene/PEDOT composite dispersion and carbon nanotube-modified expanded microsphere dispersion is 1-5 wt.% and 5-10 wt.%, and the total content of all components in matte antistatic coating is 100 wt.%. USE - The matte antistatic coating is useful for antistatic structure (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent matting effect, good electrical conductivity, high stability, good solvent resistance, and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. (a) preparing aqueous matte antistatic coating, comprising shearing and dispersing sulfonated graphene/PEDOT composite dispersion for 15-30 minutes at rotational speed of 1500-5000 revolutions/minute, adding aqueous aliphatic polyurethane resin, aqueous matte polyurethane resin, auxiliary agent, cross-linking agent, coupling agent and diluent and uniformly mixing, filtering with 200-500 mesh filter screen, and then adding expanded microsphere dispersion liquid modified by carbon nanotubes, and continue shearing and dispersing at rotational speed of 1500-5000 revolutions/minute for 10-30 minutes to obtain matte antistatic coating.
