NOVELTY - A modified graphene oxide comprises 10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-50 pts. wt. polyamine, 20-200 pts. wt. mixture of polyisocyanate and monoisocyanate, and 500-2000 pts. wt. solvent. The molar ratio of isocyanate in polyisocyanate to isocyanate in monoisocyanate is 0.5-4.8. USE - Modified graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the modified graphene oxide comprising dissolving graphene oxide in solvent, adding polyamine into dispersion, heating to 90-120 degrees C, reducing and modifying graphene oxide, reacting for 4-48 hours, adjusting temperature to 50-100 degrees C, adding mixture of polyisocyanate and monoisocyanate, reacting for 4-48 hours, washing product with acetone, centrifuging, and drying to constant weight.
