NOVELTY - A cobalt ferrite-type carbon nano graphene composite magnetic adsorbent is obtained by hydrothermal reaction using ferric nitrate nonahydrate, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, and grapefruit skin as raw materials, and deionized water as solvent. USE - Preparation of cobalt ferrite-type carbon nano graphene composite magnetic adsorbent for use in wastewater treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, environmentally-friendly and economical preparation of cobalt ferrite-type carbon nano graphene composite magnetic adsorbent having excellent adsorption activity and quick separation function, with high yield. The method does not use any additive.
