NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous-soluble reduced graphene material comprises mixing graphene oxide and sodium hydroxide solution in a reaction kettle, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction for a period of time to obtain final product. USE - The material is useful for sensor and super capacitor field. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation process and low cost.
