NOVELTY - Graphite oxide, comprises graphite oxide with a C/O atomic ratio in the range of 0.9-1.8. USE - Graphite oxide for preparing sulfonation oxidation graphene which is stably dispersed in weak electrolyte, where the graphene is used in composite material aspect, coating can be barrier, anti-corrosion function, and lubricate in the lubricant, heat conducting function. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare sulfonated oxidized graphene that is capable of stably dispersing in weak electrolyte, and enhances the dispersibility in water, especially in high electrolyte water, realizing the application of each kind of nano material. The graphene has high surface sulfur-containing oxide graphene liquid, and can be stably dispersed in a fatty acid salt such as neodecanoic acid. The oxidation graphene uses a typical high- electrolyte lubricant use as direction, namely in the fully synthetic cutting liquid (generally containing at least 5-20 % of fatty acid of the alcohol amine salt) stable dispersion, and greatly improving the pB value. The polypropylene glycol dimethyl ether dispersion liquid is centrifuged to separate the polypropylene glycol dimethyl ether, and the product is centrifugally washed three times with an eluent, and the product is ultrasonically stripped to obtain sulfonated graphene oxide that can be stably dispersed in a weak electrolyte.
