NOVELTY - Three-dimensional printing molding method of a three-dimensional graphene composite material involves (a) substrate processing, in which one side of the double-sided tape is fixed on the bottom plate and other side is adhered to the polymer powder, (b) laying the polymer powder on the surface of the sintered layer base, (c) laser selective processing using a 10.6 microm carbon dioxide laser to selectively carbonize or sinter polymer powder according to a pre-designed path to form single-layer graphene, single-layer sintered polymer or single-layer composite layer, (d) spreading a layer of polymer powder on the surface of the formed structural layer, (e) laser selective processing using a 10.6 microm carbon dioxide laser to selectively carbonize or sinter polymer powder, (f) repeating the steps (e) and (d) until the printing is completed to obtain the material, and (g) cleaning. USE - The method is useful for three-dimensional printing molding of a three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The invention provides a 3D printing molding method of a three-dimensional graphene composite material. The method utilizes the laser selective carbonization technology to sinter and carbonize the polymer powder respectively, and then accumulates layer by layer, so that the three-dimensional graphene composite material can be prepared in situ. The method can realize the formation of a three-dimensional graphene structure on the surface and inside of the polymer sintered body, which not only has the excellent special properties of graphene, but also has the functionality of a polymer entity. At the same time, the shape of the three-dimensional entity can be freely customized, and the integration position of graphene in the composite material can be arbitrarily designed. The three-dimensional graphene composite material forming method of the present invention is simple, fast, and has high forming precision, and the prepared three-dimensional device can meet the requirements of different usage scenarios. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Three-dimensional printing molding method of a three-dimensional graphene composite material involves (a) substrate processing, in which one side of the double-sided tape is fixed on the bottom plate, the other side is adhered to the polymer powder, and the polymer powder is irradiated by laser to generate the polymer sintered layer substrate, (b) laying the polymer powder on the surface of the sintered layer base, if a single graphene layer structure is formed, the thickness of the powder layer is 60-80% of the graphene growth height, if a single polymer sintered layer is formed, the thickness of the powder layer is 20-60 microm, if a partially sintered and partially carbonized composite layer is formed, the thickness of the powder layer is 40-60 microm, (c) laser selective processing, using a 10.6 microm carbon dioxide laser to selectively carbonize or sinter polymer powder according to a pre-designed path to form single-layer graphene, single-layer sintered polymer or single-layer composite layer, (d) spreading a layer of polymer powder on the surface of the formed structural layer, if a single graphene layer structure is formed, the thickness of the powder layer is 60-80% of the graphene growth height, if a single polymer sintered layer is formed, the thickness of the powder layer is 20-60 microm, if a composite layer of partial sintering and partial carbonization is formed, the thickness of the powder layer is 40-60 microm, (e) laser selective processing, using a 10.6 microm carbon dioxide laser to selectively carbonize or sinter polymer powder according to a pre-designed path to form single-layer graphene, single-layer sintered polymer or single-layer composite layer, (f) repeating the steps (e) and (d) until the printing is completed to obtain the material, and (g) cleaning the powder to obtain the product.
