NOVELTY - Waterproof, anti-fouling, oil-repellent fabric, includes a fabric substrate and a finishing layer covering the surface of the fabric substrate, the finishing layer is formed by finishing and covering with a finishing agent, and the finishing agent includes 45-60 pts. wt. fluorosilicone copolymer emulsion; 6-15 pts. wt. deionized water; and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Used as waterproof, anti-fouling, oil-repellent fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method selects fluoro-silicon copolymer emulsion as the main modified material, because the silicon-hydroxide in the siloxane material in the fluoro-silicon copolymer emulsion can react with the hydroxy of the fabric fiber to form a covalent bond, thus it forms an effective coating on the surface of the fabric, improves the structural performance of the fabric, and improves the three-proof performance of the fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a waterproof, anti-fouling, oil-repellent fabric, comprising (i) adding finishing solution into water, diluting, collecting the working solution, soaking the fabric in the working solution, and then using a roller to remove the excess working solution; (ii) adding the fabric in the setting machine, setting treatment, drying and baking, and calendaring.
