NOVELTY - The source has an insulating base for integrating a package. An inner wall of the insulating base is provided with a concave three-dimensional structure. A cylindrical negative electrode is located in a central position of the insulating base. An LED chip is mounted on the cylindrical negative electrode. The LED chip is coated with LED wafers of different wavebands. A graphene film is paved on an inner wall of the insulating base. A silica gel lens is mounted on an upper end of the insulating base; silica gel. The silica gel lens packages device in the insulating base. USE - Graphene composite photon diode light source for use in a biological energy field, indoor planting field, and medical and skin beautifying field. ADVANTAGE - The source generates relative biological growth metabolism by a single device and composite photon of corresponding wave band of human cell therapy.
