NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-metal composite material based on pulse magnetic oscillation comprises e.g. oxidizing crystalline flake graphite as expandable graphite, allowing to expand, heating metal to molten state, adding expanded graphite and dispersing expanded graphite on surface of molten metal for performing metal condensing process, applying pulsed magnetic field so that surface of molten metal to produce changes in direction of electromagnetic oscillation force, gradually stretch releasing graphite into graphene, and crushing metal dendritic crystal by electromagnetic oscillation force. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-metal composite material based on pulse magnetic oscillation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has smaller crystal grain size and more excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-metal composite material based on pulse magnetic oscillation comprises firstly oxidizing crystalline flake graphite as expandable graphite, allowing to expand, heating the metal to a molten state, adding expanded graphite and dispersing the expanded graphite on the surface of the molten metal for performing metal condensing process, applying pulsed magnetic field so that the surface of the molten metal to produce changes in the direction of the electromagnetic oscillation force, gradually stretch releasing the graphite into graphene, and crushing the metal dendritic crystal by electromagnetic oscillation force, graphene and metal contacting on the grain to obtain fine grains, uniformly dispersing graphene of the graphene-metal composite material comprises (i) adding natural crystalline flake graphite into concentrated sulfuric acid, and then adding acetic anhydride, hydrogen peroxide and potassium dichromate, continuously stirring, reacting for specific time at 35-55 degrees C, washing to neutral, and drying at 60 degrees C and then high temperature layering to obtain the expansion graphite, (ii) heating and melting metal in resistance furnace, and preheating crucible with temperature collecting device, pouring the molten metal into the crucible, adding expanded graphite, stirring to uniformly disperse the molten metal surface, and maintaining the temperature for 30-40 minutes, and (iii) when metal melt temperature is reduced below the liquidus, placing the crucible in magnetic oscillating coil with specific processing voltage, lower processing frequency and skin depth, applying a high frequency pulse magnetic oscillation to melt until the metal is cooled below the solidus and complete solidification state.
