▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polyaniline/silicon carbide/graphene composite anti-corrosive coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polyaniline/silicon carbide/graphene composite, 10-30 pts. wt. hardener, 1-5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. defoamer, and 20-40 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Polyaniline/silicon carbide/graphene composite anti-corrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyaniline/silicon carbide/graphene composite anti-corrosive coating has high electroconductivity, hardness and thermal stability, and excellent corrosion resistance, and is prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyaniline/silicon carbide/graphene composite anti-corrosive coating, which involves adding 0.5-1 g silicon carbide to 20-50 mg/mL, aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and 0.1-0.5 mol/L aniline, ultrasonically-dispersing at 0-4 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, then adding an aqueous solution containing an oxidizing agent, cooling to 0-4 degrees C, stirring mixture at 0-4 degrees C for 4-12 hours, filtering, washing, drying and obtaining polyaniline/silicon carbide composite, dispersing composite in water, dripping 0.5-5 mg/mL aqueous solution of graphene oxide, reacting, then adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at 70-95 degrees C for 12-24 hours, filtering, washing and drying. The oxidizing agent is ferric chloride, ferric nitrate, or ammonium persulfate. The molar ratio of oxidizing agent to aniline is 3:1-1:2.
