NOVELTY - Rubber cover comprises 32-40 pts. wt. high styrene rubber, 22-28 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, 6-9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 4-8 pts. wt. modified nano zinc oxide, 4-7 pts. wt. zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, 2-5 pts. wt. talc, 3-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 1.5-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 1-2.5 pts. wt. vinyl triethoxysilane, 1-1.8 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. soybean lecithin, 0.5-1 pts. wt. accelerator tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD), 0.5-1 pts. wt. 2-mercaptobenzimidazole and 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide. USE - The rubber cover is useful for capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The rubber cover has excellent tensile strength and antibacterial property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber cover, comprising (i) adding high styrene rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, titanium dioxide, modified nano zinc oxide, zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate, talc, modified graphene, zinc stearate, montmorillonite, magnesium hydroxide, and magnesium oxide into an internal mixer to mix for 8-15 minutes, and maintaining the mixing temperature at 110-135 degrees C, and (ii) adding sulfur, vinyl triethoxy silane, soybean lecithin, accelerator-TMTD, 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, mixing for 1-4 minutes, discharging, mixing with an open mill for 2-5 minutes, pressing by tablet machine into shape.
