▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Oily solvent, is claimed. The infrared spectrum with characteristic peaks is as specified. USE - The oily solvent and oily bonding material are useful for preparing slurry of high-alkaline electrode material, preparation of pole piece and battery manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The oily solvent enhances the solvation of the slurry system, and solves the problem that current high-alkaline electrode materials are prone to agglomeration or gel in the slurry production process, resulting in the inability to coat and make pole pieces. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: Oily binder for a highly alkaline electrode material, comprising 5-15 wt.% binder, 85-95 wt.% oily solvent; where the binder is polyvinylidene fluoride homopolymer, polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer, polytetrafluoroethylene or styrene-butadiene rubber; electrode slurry of a highly alkaline electrode material, comprising a highly alkaline electrode material, a conductive agent and the oily binder, where the pH of the highly alkaline electrode material is > 11; preparation method of the electrode slurry, comprising (1) immersing the highly alkaline anode material in an oily solvent and stirring at 1000-3000 revolutions per minute; (2) adding the oily binder into step (1) and stirring at 1000-3000 revolutions per minute; (3) adding conductive agent and stirring at 1000-3000 revolutions per minute; and (4) adjusting the viscosity and solid content of the slurry to obtain electrode slurry; and electrode sheet, comprising a current collector and the electrode slurry coated on the current collector.
