▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-concentrated graphene ink, involves (a) mixing 5-10 g/l graphite sheet and 5-15 g/l dispersing agent and subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic dispersion for 2-4 hours, (b) adding 1-3 g/l graphene powder to the dispersed mixture and continuously dispersing the mixture for 6-8 hours, and (c) centrifuging the mixture at 11000 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 1 hour, collecting supernatant, subjecting the supernatant to ultrasonic dispersion at 60 degrees C for 2-3 hours, evaporating water and reducing graphene layers to obtain mixture comprising 3-5 g/l graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-concentrated graphene ink used in printed electronic techniques, film, textiles, and other electronic fields. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares high-concentrated graphene ink which has excellent conductivity, and dispersibility.
