NOVELTY - The device has an echo wall fixed with a side of a core that is formed with an optical fiber. A cavity opening of the echo wall is coated with graphene. The echo wall is fixed with an electrode. The optical fiber is formed with a bottom surface that is formed as a core structure. The optical fiber is formed with a groove that is formed in a base plate. A bottom surface of the base plate is fixed with a horizontal plane. An upper surface of the base plate is fixed with the horizontal plane. The echo wall is fixed above a side of a micro cavity. USE - Echo wall microcavity tuning device. ADVANTAGE - The device is inexpensive, and has high echo wall micro-cavity quality and micro-tuning accuracy.
