NOVELTY - The preparation method of modified polypropylene composite reinforced toughened sheet involves (i) using polypropylene, graphene powder, carbon fiber, organic chrome complex, unsaturated carboxylic acid-and-polypropylene graft copolymer, maleic anhydride phase solvent, stannate, and dibutyldipropionate, (ii) high-speed hot stirring graphene powder, adding organic chromium complex into a graphene powder, surface-treating, and discharging, (iii) soaking dried carbon fiber and stannate in maleic anhydride phase solvent, hot air circulating, and hot-air drying. USE - Preparation of modified polypropylene composite reinforced toughened sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of modified polypropylene composite reinforced toughened sheet with excellent heat and pressure resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of modified polypropylene composite reinforced toughened sheet involves (i) using 50-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 8-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 1-2.2 pts. wt. organic chrome complex, 0.4-7.4 pt. wt. unsaturated carboxylic acid-and-polypropylene graft copolymer, 0.6-1.6 pts. wt. maleic anhydride phase solvent, 1-1.8 pts. wt. stannate, and 1-4 pts. wt. dibutyldipropionate, (ii) high-speed hot stirring graphene powder, adding organic chromium complex into a graphene powder, surface-treating, and discharging, (iii) soaking dried carbon fiber and stannate in maleic anhydride phase solvent, hot air circulating, and hot-air drying at 90-140 degrees C, (iv) adding polypropylene, unsaturated carboxylic acid-and-polypropylene graft copolymer, and surface treated graphene powder to a high-speed mixer, and high-speed stirring to form a graphene/polypropylene mixture, (v) melting graphene/polypropylene mixture and dried carbon fibers in an extruder, cutting, kneading, homogenizing, pulling, cooling, and granulating to obtain graphene-modified polypropylene particles, (vi) preheating and drying the graphene-modified polypropylene particles, melt-extruding the dried graphene-modified polypropylene particles, placing the extruded melt in a heat preserving device, heat preserving, (vii) pressing the extruded melt in a plate molding press to form a sheet blank, releasing the mold, molding the sheet blank, cooling, removing, placing the sheet blank in warm water, leveling, aging, and flattening at room temperature, and (viii) processing the blank into a sheet metal product.
