▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An optical data storage material comprises a graphene oxide configured to be photochemically reduced on specific areas for optical storage, nanoparticles configured to photo-chemically reduce the graphene oxide on specific areas by optical upconversion emission, and support material which embeds the graphene oxide and the nanoparticles, and a thermal conductor in thermal contact with graphene oxide to migrate photo-thermal reduction of the specific areas. USE - Optical data storage material used for recording optically readable data (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The optical data storage material is economical and has excellent chemical stability, shelf-life and ability to preserve optically written data over long time, and improved writing/reading resolution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of the optical data storage material, which involves providing the graphene oxide configured to be photo-chemically reduced, providing the nanoparticles on the graphene oxide, and providing the support material; and (2) method of recording optically readable data, which involves upconverting input beam using nanoparticles to form an upconverted beam, photo-chemically reducing graphene oxide in specific areas by the upconverted beam, and mitigating photo-thermal reduction of the specific areas by having the nanoparticles and graphene embedded in a support material that comprises a thermal conductor in thermal contact with the graphene oxide.
