▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Composition for binding to human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16)-positive tumor cells, comprises a DNA aptamer comprising one of fully defined 80 bp (SEQ ID NO: 1) and fully defined 83 bp (SEQ ID NO: 2) given in the specification. USE - The composition is useful for binding to HPV16-positive tumor cells; for detecting HPV16-positive tumor cells in a biological sample; and for targeting HPV16 positive tumor cells in a subject (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The targeted compositions containing specific aptamers have high affinity against HPV16-positive tumor cells for early detection of pre-cancerous and cancerous cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) detecting HPV16-positive tumor cells in a biological sample, which involves putting the biological sample in contact with the composition, where the composition comprises a DNA aptamer comprising one of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2; and a diagnostic tag conjugated to the DNA aptamer; and determining the presence of an HPV16-positive tumor cell in the biological sample responsive to detecting the DNA aptamer bound to the HPV16-positive tumor cell; and (2) targeting HPV16 positive tumor cells in a subject, which involves administering a composition to the subject, the composition comprisin: a DNA aptamer comprising one of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2; and a tag conjugated to the DNA aptamer, the tag comprising at least one of a diagnostic tag and a therapeutic tag.
