NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion paint electrostatic spraying process of environmentally friendly device, comprises (1) pretreating the surface of the workpiece; (2) degreasing and air-burning the workpiece after surface pretreatment; (3) roughening the workpiece; (4) applying an electrostatic spraying process to workpiece for primer coating on the processed surface of the workpiece, and drying to form a primer layer; (5) applying electrostatic spraying process to the undercoat of the workpiece for surface coating, drying, sintering and cooling, finishing spraying; paints used in step (4) and step (5) are anti-corrosion paints, its raw material composition includes 39-52 pts. wt. fluorine-containing resin, 3-6 pts. wt. curing agent, 5-6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.5-2 pts. wt. graphene powder, and 4-5 pts. wt. lignocellulose powder. USE - The method is useful for anti-corrosion paint electrostatic spraying process of environmentally friendly device. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improve the adhesion of the anti-corrosion coating and has high wear resistance.
