NOVELTY - The coating material comprises a corrosion resistant layer, a hydrophobic layer and a conductive part. The corrosion resistant layer is distributed on substrate surface. The conductive part is distributed on the corrosion resistant layer surface. The hydrophobic layer is distributed on the corrosion resistant layer and the conductive part. The conductive part is exposed from the hydrophobic layer. USE - The functional coating material is useful in an electric transmission component such as a fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has hydrophobic, corrosion resistant performance, solves the problem of flooding, and prolongs the use of the fuel cell. By setting the conductive part of the particle, the conductivity of the coating is enhanced. The conductive portion is partially covered by the hydrophilic layer, so that it is not easy to fall off due to friction, increasing the wear resistance of coating.
