NOVELTY - Preparation of oxygen and hydrogen doped graphene comprises preparing an intermediate film by reacting a water solution and 0.1-1 mol/L substance containing hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon element, and polymerizing at hydrothermal condition including 130-200 degrees C for 1-24 hours; transferring the intermediate film on a substrate; and carrying out hot processing under vacuum or nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, air, ammonia, or oxygen at 150-1300 degrees C for 30 seconds to 24 hours. USE - Method for the preparation of oxygen and hydrogen doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides a film with adjustable thickness, and controllable conductance and semiconducting property.
