▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene composite resin metal foil comprises first graphene layer, first metal layer, resin substrate layer, second metal layer, and second graphene layer arranged in layers in sequence. The material of the resin substrate layer is insulating resin, i.e. polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, and/or polypropylene. The first metal layer and the second metal layer are copper foil or aluminum foil respectively. USE - The graphene composite resin metal foil is useful in battery current collector material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite resin application graphene has high safety, light weight, and obviously improves the energy density. The flame-retardant structure formed by the polyethylene terephthalate base material layer and the metal layer formed by magnetic control sputtering graphene composite resin metal foil, when the thermal runaway, can provide infinite resistance to the circuit system, so as to reduce the possibility of the battery combustion flame explosion. The composite is good with the obtained metal layer, the bonding strength is high, obviously improving the service life of the whole material and good conductivity; and the surface roughness of the graphene obtained by the method application low; and it improves the safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the graphene composite resin metal foil.
