NOVELTY - The preparation of fluorine-containing graphene oxide modified polyurethane coating involves mixing graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid, and concentrated phosphoric acid, dripping potassium permanganate, stirring and reacting, cooling mixed liquid, pouring ice cubes made of deionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide, filtering, centrifugally washing, washing with water, drying, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene, uniformly dispersing oxidized graphene and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide in ethanol, adding fluorine-containing monomer, and uniformly dispersing. USE - Preparation method of fluorine-containing graphene oxide modified polyurethane coating for automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - preparation method of fluorine-containing graphene oxide modified polyurethane coating with excellent hydrophobic property, aging resistance and mechanical property, by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of fluorine-containing graphene oxide modified polyurethane coating involves (1) mixing graphite powder, concentrated sulfuric acid, and concentrated phosphoric acid at -4 to 5 degrees C, dripping potassium permanganate, stirring and reacting at 40-50 degrees C, cooling the mixed liquid to room temperature, pouring ice cubes made of deionized water, adding 18-32 %mass hydrogen peroxide under the condition of stirring, filtering, centrifugally washing using 9-11 %mass hydrochloric acid, washing with water, drying, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene, uniformly dispersing oxidized graphene and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide in ethanol, adding fluorine-containing monomer, uniformly dispersing, where the mass ratio of oxidized graphene, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and fluorine-containing monomer is (0.8-1.2):(0.8-1.2):(3.5-4.5), stirring at room temperature and reacting for 46-50 hours, centrifuging, washing with ethanol, freezing and drying to obtain fluorine-containing graphene oxide, (2) adding the obtained fluorine-containing graphene oxide into diluent, and uniformly dispersing to obtain dispersion liquid, adding resin to the dispersion liquid, uniformly dispersing, quickly adding curing agent, uniformly dispersing, uniformly coating on carrier, and curing at room temperature for 22-38 hours, where the mass ratio of fluorine-containing graphene oxide, diluent, resin, and curing agent is (0.004-0.055):(0.4-1.2):(4-6):(1.2-3).
