▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant environmentally-friendly glaze comprises 37-39 pts. wt. silica, 26-28 pts. wt. barite, 24-26 pts. wt. barium feldspar, 17-19 pts. wt. pyrophyllite, 14-16 pts. wt. kaolinite, 5.2-5.6 pts. wt. tin oxide, 4.5-4.9 pts. wt. antimony pentoxide, 4.1-4.5 pts. wt. tungsten oxide, 3.4-3.8 pts. wt. yttrium oxide, 2.3-2.7 pts. wt. cobalt oxide and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The glaze is useful for ceramic tiles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The glaze eliminates pinholes and bubbles, avoids glaze shrinkage, makes the tile surface smooth, delicate and bright, has strong acid-base corrosion resistance, has low firing temperature and short time after glazing, energy efficient, protects the environment, improves the hardness and gloss of pyrophyllite powder, and exhibits enhanced corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing glaze, comprising (i) pulverizing the pyrophyllite to 140-200 mesh to obtain a pyrophyllite powder; (ii) adding cobalt oxide to the pyrophyllite powder, ball milling to 300-400 mesh, heating up to 220-260 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, warming for 15-25 minutes, increasing the temperature to 560-620 degrees C at 2-3 degrees C/minute, heat preservation for 10-20 minutes and naturally cooling to obtain modified pyrophyllite; (iii) mixing silica, barite, barium feldspar and kaolinite, crushing to 100-160 mesh to obtain mixed stone powder; (iv) adding water to the mixed stone powder and mixing until the water content is 40-60%, heating to 540-620 degrees C at 4-5 degrees C/minutes and warming for 8-10 minutes to obtain the heating material; (v) adding modified pyrophyllite and graphene to the heating material, mixing uniformly, heating to 670-720 degrees C at 2-3 degrees C/minute and maintaining for 10-20 minutes to obtain secondary heating material; (vi) adding water to secondary heating material, mixing uniformly, so that the water content is 17-21%, and allowing to stand for 20-24 hours to obtain stale material; and (vii) pulverizing tin oxide, antimony pentoxide, tungsten and yttrium oxide to 80-100 mesh and adding to the old material, heating to 760-840 degrees C at 3-4 degrees C/minutes, maintaining for 15-25 minutes, naturally cooling to room temperature and ball milling to 400-500 mesh
