▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises (i) mixing graphite powder and aluminum chloride, heating at 200-300 degrees C for 5-95 hours under inert gas protection, and cooling to 20-30 degrees C, (ii) adding low-carbon nitroalkane and stirring at 20-30 degrees C for 3-70 hours to obtain intercalated mixture, and (iii) heating intercalated mixture using microwave to obtain expanded graphite, placing expanded graphite in water and stirring to obtain graphene suspension. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, is easy to control and produces high quality graphene; and is environmentally friendly and suitable for large scale preparation. The graphene is convenient for storage and transportation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene prepared by the above method.
