▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-enhanced magnesium alloy artificial bone comprises mixing graphene and magnesium-zinc (Mg-Zn) alloy powders in pure alcohol; sonicating; filtering; oven drying for 20-24 hours to obtain mixed powder; ball milling mixed powder under argon atmosphere to obtain graphene and Mg-Zn composite powder; subjecting composite powder into selective laser process under argon atmosphere at laser spot diameter of 0.1 mm, powder thickness of 0.2 mm, laser power of 35 W and scanning speed of 150 mm/minute to obtain graphene-enhanced magnesium alloy artificial bone. USE - Preparation of graphene-enhanced magnesium alloy artificial bone. ADVANTAGE - The method solves problem of easy oxidation of magnesium alloy artificial bone during laser sintering, and provides graphene protective atmosphere for residual oxygen consumption. It produces graphene-enhanced magnesium alloy artificial bone with improved mechanical properties.
