NOVELTY - A modified polytetrafluoroethylene material comprises phosphor G5, polytetrafluoroethylene, carbon fibers, steel fiber, fluororubber powder, epoxy resin, graphene oxide, silicon dioxide, KH550 (RTM: silane coupling agent), epoxy curing agent, ethanol having concentration of 95%, acetic acid, polyisocyanate JQ-1, dimethylformamide, 4-dimethylaminopyridine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and water. The carbon fiber has average length of 75-150 mu m. The average length of steel fibers is 50-150 mu m. The fluororubber powder has particle size of 80-200 mesh. USE - Modified polytetrafluoroethylene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified polytetrafluoroethylene material has improved tensile strength and friction properties by comprising steel fiber, surface sintering rate and bonding strength, and glow characteristics by comprising phosphor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A modified polytetrafluoroethylene material comprises 15-20 pts. wt. phosphor G5, 80-90 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. fluororubber powder, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 30-40 pts. wt. ethanol having concentration of 95%, acetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 90-100 pts. wt. water. The carbon fiber has average length of 75-150 mu m. The average length of steel fibers is 50-150 mu m. The fluororubber powder has particle size of 80-200 mesh.
