NOVELTY - The heat radiation film has a graphene sheet layer and an inorganic nanoparticle layer that are alternately stacked. The graphene sheet layer and the inorganic nanoparticle layer are bonded by an electrostatic attraction and exhibit high thermal conductivity in a horizontal direction by the graphene sheet layer oriented in the horizontal direction. A heat-radiating film that uses a layered structure of graphene and inorganic nano-particles, exhibits heat storage performance due to high specific heat characteristics of the inorganic nanoparticles. USE - Heat radiation film. ADVANTAGE - The excellent heat dissipation properties can be obtained through the layered assembly process. The absolute heat storage performance of the heat-radiating film which is insufficient by graphene alone can be supplemented dramatically by the nanoparticles having high pervasiveness inserted between the multi-layer structures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of the heat radiation film.
