NOVELTY - The sensor has a light transmitting element i.e. triple prism or semi-cylindrical prism, a silver layer, a gold layer, and a graphene layer arranged orderly. An antimonene layer is attached to the graphene layer. A side of the antimonene layer away from the graphene layer is utilized for placing an object to be tested, where thickness of the antimonene layer is 0.4nm to 0.6nm, thickness of the graphene layer is 0.3nm to 0.4nm, thickness of the gold layer is 10nm to 25nm, and thickness of the silver layer is 30nm to 45 nm. USE - Optical spin hall effect sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor and has wide application range, and improves optical spin Hall sensor measuring precision.
