▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles is doped with nitrogen (N) with one bond selected from pyridinic, pyrrolic, and quaternary. USE - Reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles used as a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) for the secondary battery negative electrode protection(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles can stabilize the negative electrode of a lithium metal battery having a high possibility of battery ignition and suppress lithium dendrite formation and diffusion so that internal short circuit does not occur. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing nitrogen (N) doped reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles, which involves adding ammonia gas to the graphene oxide powder and heat-treating at 700-900 degrees C, followed by cooling to produce nitrogen-doped reduced graphene oxide; (2) a cathode comprising a layer, anode material thin film, and reducing graphene oxide nanoparticles doped with nitrogen (N) with one bond selected from pyridinic, pyrrolic, and quaternary formed on the anode material thin film; (3) a secondary battery comprising the negative electrode; and (4) the device of any one of the portable electronic device, the mobile unit, the power device, and the energy storage device including the secondary battery.
