NOVELTY - A zinc stearate/graphene oxide composite material comprises zinc stearate and graphene oxide compounded on the surface of zinc stearate. USE - The zinc stearate/graphene oxide composite material is useful in the field of rubber products or resin additives (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The zinc stearate/graphene oxide composite material has excellent thermal stability and lubricating property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of zinc stearate/graphene oxide composite material, which involves (A) mixing graphene oxide and organic solvent with water, and carrying out dispersion to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion, (B) mixing oxidized graphene dispersion obtained in step (A) with zinc source to obtain precursor solution, and (C) reacting precursor solution obtained in step (B) with stearic acid; and (2) use of zinc stearate/graphene oxide composite material in the field of rubber products or resin additives.
