NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by taking industrial waste, primary heating at rate of 1-60 degrees C/minute to to 400-500 degrees C, secondary heating at rate of 1-20 degrees C/minute to 2500-2800 degrees C, insulating for 0.5-6 hours, obtaining graphitized material, preparing into rod and sheet to obtain electrode material, electrolyzing at electrolyte concentration of 1-15 mol/L at voltage of 1-20 V for 10-500 minutes, obtaining intercalated graphite interlayer compound, washing, and ultrasonic dispersing in solvent at power of 200-400 W for 10-120 minutes. USE - Method for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, catalysis, mechanical enhancement, and is suitable as macroscopic assembly material including fiber, aerogel, film, and non-woven fabric.
