NOVELTY - Method for preparing of masterbatch for graphene-modified PVC composite material involves (i) adding graphene powder to the plasticizer solution, stirring for 20-120 minutes using ball mill or high-speed homogenizer, or carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-60 minutes using ultrasonic dispersion instrument to obtain 0.05-5% uniformly and stably dispersed graphene dispersion liquid, (ii) taking 50 pts. wt. graphene dispersion liquid, adding 0-20 pts. wt. PVC superfine powder and 30-50 pts. wt. PVC paste resin ultrafine powder, stirring for 0.5-2 hours using high-speed stirrer, and leaving still for more than 6 hours to obtain the graphene/PVC mixed slurry, and (iii) baking the graphene/PVC mixed slurry at 140-180 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, cooling to room temperature, crushing the graphene/PVC mixed slurry into particles using crusher to obtain the uniformly-dispersed master batch. USE - Method for preparing of masterbatch for graphene-modified PVC composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple in process, environmentally-friendly and excellent in dispersibility, and has large application prospect.
