NOVELTY - Flame-retardant polyolefin composite material comprises polyolefin, orientation coordinating agent, resin, graphene modifier, and flame retardant in a mass ratio of (3-6):(1-3):7:(2-4):2, where the orientation coordinating agent is prepared by (i) adding nano silicon dioxide into a chitosan aqueous solution at a weight ratio of 1:6, adding 5-10% of the total amount of nano silicon dioxide as a silane coupling agent and 1-5% silica sol, and stirring well to obtain a composite nano silicon dioxide solution, (ii) adding 1-3 pts. wt. glucuronolactone to 10-15 pts. wt. ethanol solvent, adding 1-3 pts. wt. formaldehyde and 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. ammonium persulfate, and fully stirring to obtain an additive treating agent, and (iii) adding the additive treating agent to the step (i) product in a weight ratio of 1:5, stirring fully, washing, and drying to obtain the orientation coordinating agent. USE - As flame-retardant polyolefin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant polyolefin composite material uses silica sol which improves the activity of raw materials, the glucuronolactone and formaldehyde provides active groups, and the nano silicon dioxide, due to its large specific surface area, can be compounded with a graphene modifier in the composite material to achieve a synergistic effect, due to the flake structure it can be loaded with hydroxyapatite, and covers the fire source and enhances the flame retardant effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flame-retardant polyolefin composite material comprises polyolefin, orientation coordinating agent, resin, graphene modifier, and flame retardant in a mass ratio of (3-6):(1-3):7:(2-4):2, where the orientation coordinating agent is prepared by (i) adding nano silicon dioxide into a chitosan aqueous solution at a weight ratio of 1:6, adding 5-10% of the total amount of nano silicon dioxide as a silane coupling agent and 1-5% of silica sol, and stirring well to obtain composite nano silicon dioxide solution, (ii) adding 1-3 pts. wt. glucuronolactone to 10-15 pts. wt. ethanol solvent, adding 1-3 pts. wt. formaldehyde and 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. ammonium persulfate, and fully stirring to obtain an additive treating agent, and (iii) adding the additive treating agent to the step (i) product in a weight ratio of 1:5, stirring fully, washing, and drying to obtain the orientation coordinating agent, and the graphene modifier is prepared by (S11) adding graphene to 3-5 times the mass fraction of 10-20% sodium alginate solution, adding cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, and 1-5% sodium oxalate, stirred evenly, washing, and drying to obtain pretreated graphene, and (S12) adding the pretreated graphene to the composite modifier at a weight ratio of 1:5, stirring and reacting for treatment, and completing the reaction to obtain the graphene modifier. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the flame-retardant polyolefin composite material comprising weighing polyolefin, orientation coordinating agent, resin, graphene modifier, and flame retardant, adding the raw materials to an internal mixer in sequence for internal mixing for 5-10 minutes, after internal mixing is completed, extruding and granulating to obtain a flame-retardant polyolefin composite material.
