▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lithium ion battery comprises a current collector, a anode material, a cathode material and an electrolyte. The cathode material is phosphorene doped graphite. The anode material is nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary active material. The electrolyte is lithium ion battery (LB)-008 electrolyte containing crown ether branch chitosan additive. The phosphorene composite graphite is obtained by calcining at high temperature and the phosphorene is prepared by sodium dihydrogen phosphate and raw material. USE - Used as lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery: has high adhesion rate of lithium ions; increases the specific capacity of carbon-based graphite and its rate performance and provides a stable ion transport channel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lithium ion battery, comprising (i) adding 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphite micro particles into (0.5 mol/liter) 10 liter ammonium borate aqueous solution, stirring for 12 hours and freeze-drying; (ii) encapsulating the mixture of phosphorene and graphite in step (i) in a silver tube (inner diameter 4.9 mm); (iii) placing the silver tube in a hydrothermal system (model HR-1B-2, LECO Tem-Pres) and heating it at 300-550 degrees C and 0.1-0.4 GPa for 1 hour; (iv) quenching immediately the pressure in the autoclave by releasing the pressure valve, and cooling the autoclave to room temperature naturally to obtain a black compound; (v) adding 10 pts. wt. acetylene black and 10 pts. wt. binder into the product of step (iv) to grind and coat on the surface of the copper foil current collector, drying, carding, and pressing to obtain a cathode material electrode sheet; and (vi) adding the electrode sheet, diaphragm, crown ether grafted chitosan additive LB-008 electrolyte, and nickel-cobalt-manganese ternary active material into the button battery shell to prepare a lithium ion battery, where the above battery assembly process is all carried out in an argon atmosphere.
