NOVELTY - Preparation of chitosan-graphene oxide composite gel comprises weighing chitosan, dissolving in dilute acetic acid solution, and stirring to obtain chitosan solution; preparing mineralized collagen powder by dropping solution of phosphate into collagen solution, adding calcium ion aqueous solution, adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, standing, removing supernatant, washing, filtering, freeze-drying and grinding to obtain mineralized collagen powder; preapring chitosan-mineralized collagen composite solution by adding mineralized collagen powder, stirring, adding 6 mL to solution, stirring graphene oxide dispersion, and obtaining chitosan-mineralized collagen composite solution; weighing double-end benzaldehyde-based polyethylene glycol powder, and dissolving in water to obtain dimethylformamide (DF)-polyethylene glycol (PEG) crosslinking agent solution; and mixing chitosan-mineralized collagen composite solution and DF-PEG cross-linking agent solution, and stirring. USE - The method is used for preparing chitosan-graphene oxide composite gel (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of chitosan-graphene oxide composite gel comprises weighing 0.3 g chitosan at room temperature, dissolving in 9.2 g dilute acetic acid solution with volume fraction of 2%, placing in constant temperature water bath and stirring to dissolve to obtain chitosan solution; preparing mineralized collagen powder by slowly dropping solution of 0.055 mol phosphate into collagen solution, stirring at 25 degrees C while adding calcium ion aqueous solution dropwise, adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution dropwise during stirring process, standing for 4 hours, removing supernatant, washing, filtering, freeze-drying and grinding to obtain mineralized collagen powder; preapring chitosan-mineralized collagen composite solution by adding mineralized collagen powder to chitosan solution prepared in first step, stirring to dissolve, adding 6 mL to solution, stirring 0.02 g/ml graphene oxide dispersion, and obtaining chitosan-mineralized collagen composite solution; weighing 0.3 g double-end benzaldehyde-based polyethylene glycol powder, and dissolving in 1.2 g deionized water to obtain dimethylformamide (DF)-polyethylene glycol (PEG) crosslinking agent solution; and mixing chitosan-mineralized collagen composite solution and DF-PEG cross-linking agent solution, and stirring.
