NOVELTY - High temperature resistant dispersant comprises a siloxane-containing polymer micro-gel dispersion and coupling agent modified inorganic nano-sheet dispersion, where the mass concentration of micro-gel in the silicone-containing polymer micro-gel dispersion is 0.5-1%, the grain diameter is 0.5-1microm, the mass concentration of the solute in the inorganic nano-sheet dispersion liquid modified by the coupling agent is 2.05-5.05 mg/ml, the solvent in the siloxane-containing polymer micro-gel dispersion liquid is water, and the solvent in the inorganic nano-sheet dispersion liquid modified by the coupling agent is the mixed solution of water and ethanol. USE - The high temperature resistant dispersant is useful for protection treatment of surface of film substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is carried out in the aqueous phase environment, does not generate environmental pollution, simple operation, high preparation feasibility, is simple in operation, and low in requirement for operating personnel and high in universality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the high temperature resistant dispersant for film substrate surface, comprising (i) preparing siloxane-containing polymer micro-gel dispersion, N-isopropyl acrylamide, methacrylic acid dimethylamino ethyl ester, stirring and dissolving the monomer containing siloxane at 70degrees Celsius de-ionized water, introducing nitrogen for bubbling for more than 15 minutes, adding potassium persulphate aqueous solution, continuously stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours at 70degrees Celsius, cooling to room temperature to obtain the siloxane-containing polymer micro-gel dispersion liquid product, and the mass concentration of potassium is 0.25 mg/ml, and (ii) preparing coupling agent modified inorganic nano-sheet dispersion, dispersing the inorganic nano-sheet in de-ionized water, and controlling the mass concentration of the inorganic nano-sheet to 2-5 mg/ml to obtain the inorganic nano-sheet suspension, dissolving the coupling agent in the ethanol, then adding the ethanol solution of the coupling agent into the inorganic nano-sheet suspension, and controlling the mass concentration of the coupling agent is 0.05 mg/ml, performing ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes at room temperature under 50-70degrees Celsius water bath reaction for 3-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the coupling agent modified inorganic nano-sheet dispersion product; and (2) use method of high temperature resistant dispersant for the surface of film substrate, comprising spraying siloxane-containing polymer microgel dispersion and the coupling agent-modified inorganic nanosheet dispersion on the surface of the film substrate in turn, soaking for more than 2 minutes, and heating for 10 minutes at a high temperature of 180degrees Celsius to obtain high temperature resistance performance film finished products.
