▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-temperature-resistant synchronous belt comprises a synchronous belt frame and a rubber material which covers the synchronous belt frame. The rubber material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polyester glycol, 50-100 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 10-20 pts. wt. dicarboxylic anhydride, 10-20 pts. wt. diamine, 1-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene, 0.2-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide and 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. crosslinking agent as raw materials. USE - High-temperature-resistant synchronous belt (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature-resistant synchronous belt has improved shear strength and abrasion resistance, and high mechanical performance. The rigidity of polyurethane hard segment can be effectively improved, and the ordered structure of the hard segment cannot be easily destroyed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-temperature-resistant synchronous belt, which involves mixing polyacrylonitrile- graphene oxide fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber in a weight ratio of 3:7, carrying out carding process, coating a mold release agent on obtained yarn and drawing to obtain belt frame, preparing prepolymer by vacuum-dehydrating polyester diol at 100-110 degrees C for 1-1.2 hours, cooling to 75-80 degrees C, adding diisocyanate and catalyst, reacting in nitrogen atmosphere, adding dicarboxylic anhydride, when the content of isocyanate reaches the theoretical value, then mixing, adjusting viscosity of reaction mixture to 400-500 mPa.second using aprotic polar solvent and reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 3-3.5 hours, preparing rubber material using prepolymer, and adhering the belt frame and the rubber material at 100 degrees C under pressure of 10 MPa.
