NOVELTY - Composition comprises 20-30 wt.% porous binder which comprises silicon dioxide and zeolite, 10-20 wt.% graphene suspension, 50-65 wt.% fiber spinning polyester resin, 45 wt.% acrylic stearic acid, 9 wt.% fatty acid ester calcium, 13.5 wt.% water-soluble calcium solution, 18.9 wt.% amine, 4.6 wt.% hydroxy magnesium silicate, and 2-5 wt.% auxiliary additive which comprises 9 wt.% fatty acid amine polyoxyester. USE - Composition for producing a pyrogenic synthetic cotton. ADVANTAGE - The composition emits far-infrared rays, promotes blood circulation and metabolism in the human body, and helps to generate and activate cellular tissues. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing pyrogenic synthetic cotton, which involves: (A) preparing composition; (B) putting composition into a hermetic mixer, and pressurizing internal pressure to 100 mega pascal at a rate of 5 mega pascal/minute, and extruding while decompressing at a rate of 2 megapascal/minute until the pressure again reached atmospheric pressure to obtain mixed polyester chip; (C) heating the polyester chip at a temperature of 500-600 degrees C for 20 to 30 minutes to obtain a melt; (D) putting melt into a sealed container, where internal pressure is increased to 400-450 mega pascal at a rate of 5-8 mega pascal/minute and maintaining for 4 to 5 hours, and then at a rate of 2-4mega pascal/minute, depressurizing to atmospheric pressure; and (E) spinning melt passed at a speed of 1,220-1,310 m/minute to obtain a fiber, buring fiber to obtain synthetic cotton.
