▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-low temperature concrete composite anti-freezing agent involves dispersing graphene oxide, N,N'-Dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and silane coupling agent uniformly in water under ultrasonic conditions, and then reacting under stirring condition at 60-120 degrees C for 6-12 hours, then washing by centrifugation and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide. The obtained modified graphene oxide is dispersed in a mixed solvent of formic acid, water and ethanol, then reacted at 30-120 degrees C for 5-24 hours, and drying by centrifugation to obtain graphene oxide-silica composite, which is labeled as graphene oxide-Silicon dioxide(GO-SiO2). USE - Method for preparing ultra-low temperature concrete composite anti-freezing agent. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare ultra-low temperature concrete composite anti-freezing agent, which accelerates the condensation speed of concrete, and improves the strength and durability of the concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The alkyl organic amine, triterpenoid saponin, initiator, acrylamide, surfactant, vinyl acetate/ethylene emulsion DA101, and GO-SiO2 are uniformly mixed in water, and then heated to 60-80 degrees C, followed by an ultrasonic stirring of 40-50 KHz for 30-60 minutes and then added with hydrated calcium silicate, sodium nitrite, sodium sulfate, calcium lignosulfonate, sulfamate and sodium gluconate, and subjected to stirring for 5-15 minutes to obtain desired product.
