NOVELTY - Hybrid fiber concrete comprises 545-550 pts. wt. cement , 750-760 pts. wt. sand, 850-860 pts. wt. gravel, 68-73 pts. wt. fly ash, 100-105 pts. wt. straw ash, 120-130 pts. wt. silicon ash, 5.2-5.4 pts. wt. nano silicon, 72-76 pts. wt. water, 19-20 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 19-20 pts. wt. excitant, 16-17 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 14-15 pts. wt. shrinkage reducing agent, 7.2-7.5 pts. wt. ramie fiber, 13-13.3 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 20-21 pts. wt. calcium carbonate (CaCo3) crystal whisker, 40-44 pts. wt. nano titanium/graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 21.5-23 pts. wt. carboxy modified polyvinyl alcohol polymer. USE - Used as hybrid fiber concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete: has high toughness, high-adhesive, and 240C high-strength (claimed); and ensures durability of the profiled bar. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) preparing hybrid fiber concrete comprising (i) adding water reducing agent and nano titanium/graphene oxide dispersion liquid to two-thirds of the total water volume, recording as the mixed solution 1, adding shrinkage reducing agent and antifoaming agent into one-third of the total amount of water, recording as the mixed solution 2, preparing carboxy modified polyvinyl alcohol polymer, and ensuring total water amount of 72-76 pts. wt., (ii) dividing ramie fiber, gravel, sand, cement, fly ash, straw ash, silicon ash, nano silicon, basalt fiber, CaCO3 crystal whisker into three parts, then uniformly spreading ramie fiber, basalt fiber, CaCO3 crystal whisker in a disc stirrer as one part, placing gravel, sand, cement, fly ash, straw ash, silicon ash, nano-silicon in a disc-type stirrer as another part, stirring for 1 minutes, (iii) adding the other two materials into the disc stirrer, stirring uniformly, (iv) adding the mixed solution 1 to the disc stirrer, uniformly stirring for 2-3 minutes, (v) adding prepared carboxy modified polyvinyl alcohol polymer and stirring for 2 minutes, (vi) adding excitant into disc stirrer, uniformly stirring for 2-3 minutes, (viii) finally observing the fluidity of the mixture, continuously adding the mixed solution into the disc stirrer, uniformly stirring for 2-3 minutes, separating for 3 minutes, then stirring for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is uniform, discharging; and (2) forming and maintaining hybrid fiber concrete.
